The word "Irie" pronounced (i·rie) is a Jamaican term meaning everything is alright and fine. It can also mean to be at peace and harmony with higher self, or the state of feeling excellent, or great. It is also used in a greeting when someone asks, How are you feeling?, an appropriate response would be, “Mi irie.”
